JWP Coaching is a leadership & career coaching company that helps emerging and established leaders gain clarity on their destination and the journey that gets them there. We have a strong commitment to provide our clients with the best options and tools to ignite their awareness and motivation—resulting in goal accomplishment and a sustainable, transformative Journey With Purpose.
As your coach, I will combine my skills, education, training and decades of leadership experience--with proven professional coaching standards, strategies, models and research--to deliver unique services that support you in continuously progressing along your development journey. Although structured in our individual coaching programs, we incorporate various facets of our “6-A" coaching framework throughout our coaching offerings. This framework provides a process for you to better realize your true potential or vision, recognize strengths & obstacles, and practice action steps that create the traction that leads to expanding growth & goal achievement opportunities.

How we got here...
As a registered pharmacist, MBA with more than 30 years’ operations and strategic leadership at a Fortune 30 company, I acquired a deep understanding of the various aspects of business--particularly retail pharmacy and its healthcare ecosystem. Additionally, my various experiences have allowed me to witness first-hand how people advance—or why they don’t. I had a front row seat to the obstacles those in middle and upper management face when trying to move forward, and saw how talented, ambitious employees often faced roadblocks to success that, once identified and understood, could be overcome. I pursued my ICF coaching credentials and JWP Coaching was founded because it became clear that my career success was attributable, in part, to my passion and deep commitment for helping others develop and get closer to achieving their goals. I once had a team member that described me as the most compassionate, and passionate, boss he had ever had. I bring those values to my coaching practice and attribute them to the best coaches in my life--- mom and dad (JWP)!
